The Port of Hamburg was awarded for the "Best Turnaround Destination 2009" during the Cruise Shipping Miami. Following categories has been evaluated: The best combination of airlift and airport capacity, transport links (road/rail), ground handling, hotel stock, tourism appeal, and seamless transfer to seaport.
