Infocounter
A very important service to our customer is the passenger handling at the Hamburg Cruise Center. It includes the "Ship Welcome" with live music acts. Furthermore we are providing an Infocounter where passengers get every requested answer they asked for. Skilled staff gives tips, suggestions and special references for a never forgotten and successful stay in Hamburg. We have several informational and interesting brochures, for example a City Map printed and designed by the Hamburg Cruise Center Association.
Café
The café in the cruise terminal caters for passengers. The crew of SoupCity GmbH has lovingly been taking care of passengers and guests ever since its foundation. The wicker beach chairs and the other seats in the terminal and the patio of the café invite people to stay. A selection of meals, snacks and something for the small hunger and a multitude of hot and cold drinks complete the range.
Shop
Shopping close to the giants of the ocean – the "cruise shop" is open for you.
Here, Hamburg's "small" and "great" artists present a special range which is related to the maritime Hanseatic City.
You can get fashion accessories at the shop, travel requisites and interesting books on the harbour and seafaring.
For the loved ones at home you will certainly find some original souvenir or other typical for Hamburg. Passengers can take a seat in the cosy atmosphere of the wicker beach chairs and watch the world's biggest cruise ships arrive or depart. We would be pleased to decorate the beach chair of your dreams.
