Directly in the arrival hall of the Hamburg Cruise Terminal accessible without any restriction we created a small peaceful oasis for both seamen and tourists.

When you feel distressed, at the Seafarers' Lounge you will find everything the German Seamens Mission stand in for.
To make sure that you can contact your loved ones all over the world for little money we offer wireless internet access, three terminals to use the internet and special telephones to be used with our reasonable priced seafarers telephone card. In our small shop you can buy convenience goods, souvenirs, picture postcards and stamps. If your shore leave is too short we try our best to attend to your special requirements.
